Confetti Frock

The ultimate party dress! It was originally created for Lydia's 30th birthday in a bubblegum pink, so it screams celebration. It's cute and feminine with the option of a bubble puff sleeve or straps, both which are placed strategically to hide bra straps. The body is fitted at the waist and flares out to an A-line silhouette. In addition to the two styles you can make a maxi skirt by adding a ruffled hem (this piece is included).

Confident Beginner-Intermediate.
Fabric, 1/4 in (6 mm) width elastic, 1/4 in (6 mm) width twill tape, 20 — 24 in (51 — 61 cm) length invisible zipper, fusible Interfacing, fabric scissors, iron and fabric pins.
Woven fabric, with good drape. Linen, cotton/linen blend, chambrey, rayon challis, tencel/lyocell, crinkle cotton, seersucker.
