Fabric of your choice, thread matching the colour of your fabric, fabric scissors / rotary cutter, fabric pins / fabric clips and an iron.
Matching bias tape (double folded). You can either make the bias tape yourself from your main fabric or buy ready-made bias tape. Shown in the images is 3 cm wide bias tape, optionally you can use wider or narrower bias tape.
Optional but helpful: a bias tape former.

Viscose, light cotton, double gauze.
