The Clementine
PDF sewing pattern for the Clementine.
Slim fitting jeans skirt with a back split and shaped waist band. Merchant & Mills advises that a toile should be made first. Firstly to adjust the fit if needed but secondly to familiarise with the pattern instructions. This is not a traditional run and fell jeans seam, instead the seam is topstitched, which is easier to achieve on a domestic machine.
Size range: UK 6 - 18.

Intermediate-Advanced.
Fabric, matching thread, heavy duty/ topstitch thread in a contrast colour, a standard weight thread to match the topstitch thread*, 7" metal jeans zip, denim needle, large eye sewing needle, 0.3m plain cotton for the pocket bags, 1x button (approx 18mm).
*this is to be used in the bobbin
Woven fabrics; 8 - 12.5oz denim (or up to 14oz with a heavy duty sewing machine).
