Billow Frock
PDF sewing pattern for the Billow Frock.
This is (you guessed it!) billowy, puffy, flowy and basically everything you need in a summer dress. Inspired by Cecilie Bahnsen's wonderful fluffy silhouettes, this frock features an elasticated gathered neckline, puffy raglan sleeve, a two tiered skirt with high low style lines and a midi length straight hem.

Fabric, bias binding, 1/4 inch thick elastic, thread, fabric scissors, pins and an iron.
Note:There are instructions on how to create your own matching bias binding.
Woven Fabrics: light with a crisp drape. Cotton poplin, cotton lawn, linen or cotton blend, organza.

Note: Sizes XXS-XL available. Model is 5'4 (B:36 W:28 Hip: 38) wearing size small.
