Fabric of your choice, thread in matching colour, 1 m of 4cm wide elastic, sewing needles for jersey, fabric scissors / rotary cutter, fabric pins / fabric clips and an iron. Optional: Twin needle for the hem. Optional but helpful: a bias tape former.
