Intermediate.
Fabric of your choice, thread matching the fabric, fabric pins and an iron. For the sleeve: 3cm wide elastic or matching cuff fabric. For the waistband: elastic cord (e.g. 3mm) and matching cord stopper. Recommendation: if you are sewing with very light fabric, then (if available) use an additional walking foot for your sewing machine.
Use stretchy fabrics such as; jersey (cotton jersey or viscose jersey), french terry, sweat shirting and knit fabrics.
